A new piece for the month of March and April

started March brings us a new piece of the month. This time we delve into the manufacturing process of shearing or Esquillan, objects as important in a society as was the agricultural and farming region of Serrablo.

In the case we discussed "a cuartizo of eleven" large bell worn by chotos (castrated goats), which were responsible for guiding the flock. Turon comes home in the town of Lanuza, in the leather collar bears the initials MP, corresponding to Mariano Pueyo. Inside, presents a tongue of bone.

This piece was acquired by Julius Gavín Broto, in exchange for two pictures of his collection dedicated to this town in Sobrarbe.

This piece could be seen at "the showcase of the month" in March and mid April.
